Text
The provisions of § 3159 of this title, requiring the signature of the chief medical examiner or an assistant or deputy medical examiner, apply with respect to the cremation or natural organic reduction of the body of an individual dying in the State but removed to another state for the purpose of cremation or natural organic reduction.
