§ 2742 — Definitions

Delaware·Title 16·Part Regulatory Provisions Concerning Public Health·Ch. 27 ANATOMICAL GIFTS AND STUDIES·Subch. Nondiscrimination in Access to Organ Transplantation

For purposes of this subchapter:

(1)“Anatomical gift” means a donation of all or part of a human body to take effect after the donor’s death for the purpose of transplantation or transfusion.
(2)“Auxiliary aids and services” includes any or all of the following: a. Qualified interpreters or other effective methods of making aurally delivered materials available to individuals with hearing impairments. b. Qualified readers, taped texts, or other effective methods of making visually delivered materials available to individuals with visual impairments. c. Provision of information in a format that is accessible for individuals with cognitive, neurological, developmental, and/or intellectual disabilities. d. Provision of supported decision-making services. e. Acquisition or modificatio
