Text
(a)Any person found to be violating this chapter shall, if an individual, be punished by a fine of a minimum of $500 for each offense, or by imprisonment for a period not to exceed 1 year, or both; and, if an artificial entity, shall be punished by a fine of a minimum of $1,000 for each offense. Any organization or representative of an organization is subject to the penalties herein prescribed for individuals.
(b)The Superior Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction of violations of this chapter.
