Text
(a)The Commission shall provide for facilitating the exchange of information to administer and implement the provisions of this Compact in accordance with the rules of the Commission, consistent with generally accepted data protection principles.
(b)Notwithstanding any other provision of state law to the contrary, a member state shall agree to provide for the facilitation of all of the following licensee information as required by the rules of the Commission, including any of the following:
(1)Identifying information.
(2)Licensure data.
(3)Adverse actions against a license and information related thereto.
(4)Nonconfidential information related to alternative program participation, the beginning and ending dates of such participation, and other information related to such partici
