§ 9417 — Annual reports

(a)Each law-enforcement agency shall compile an annual report outlining compliance with this chapter at the end of each calendar year that includes all of the following:
(1)The number of complaints received of noncompliance with this chapter.
(2)A summary of the results of investigations of complaints of noncompliance that includes all of the following: a. The number of investigations of complaints that found that the law-enforcement agency had complied with this chapter. b. The number of investigations of complaints that found that the law-enforcement agency failed to comply with this chapter.
(3)Steps taken to increase compliance with this chapter, including steps taken in response to complaints listed under paragraph (a)(2)b. of this section.
