Text

A person is guilty of obstructing fire-fighting operations when the person intentionally and unreasonably obstructs the efforts of any firefighter in extinguishing a fire, or prevents or dissuades another person from extinguishing or helping to extinguish a fire. Obstructing fire-fighting operations is a class A misdemeanor.
