(a)Chapter 3A of Title 2 , and its implementing regulations, shall not apply to the Authority.

(b)Subchapter IV of Chapter 5 of Title 2 shall apply to the Authority.

(c)Subchapter I of Chapter 5 of Title 2 , and the regulations implementing those provisions, shall not apply to the Authority.

(d)Subchapter IX-A of Chapter 2 of Title 2 , and its implementing regulations, shall not apply to the Authority.

(e)Subchapter X of Chapter 2 of Title 2 shall not apply to the Authority.

(f)The Code of Conduct, as that term is defined in § 1-1161.01(7) , shall apply to the Authority.

(g)The officers and employees of the Authority shall not be considered District government employees for purposes of subchapter II of Chapter 4 of Title 2 and the District of Columbia shall not be liable for a
