Text
At least once per year, the Board shall hold a public hearing on the Authority's performance. The Board shall publish notice of the hearing on the Authority's website and in the District of Columbia Register at least 14 calendar days before the hearing, and the hearing shall be recorded by electronic means. Within 3 days after the hearing, the recording of the hearing and all written submitted testimony shall be made public on the Authority's website.
