Text
(a)There is established as a special fund the Stormwater Fees Fund ("Fund"), which shall be administered by the Director of the Department of Energy and Environment in accordance with subsection (c) of this section.
(b)Revenue collected under this subchapter from the Department of Energy and Environment's review of construction and grading plans for stormwater management shall be deposited into the Fund.
(c)Money in the Fund shall be used for the purposes of supporting and administering the stormwater management programs of the Department of Energy and Environment.
(1)The money deposited into the Fund shall not revert to the unrestricted fund balance of the General Fund of the District of Columbia at the end of a fiscal year, or at any other time.
