Text

(a)There is established as a special fund the Anacostia River Clean Up and Protection Fund ("Fund"), which shall be administered by the Director of the Department of Energy and Environment ("DOEE") in accordance with subsection (b) of this section. (a-1) The following revenue shall be deposited in the Fund:
(1)The fees established by § 8-102.03 for disposable carryout bags that have been transmitted to the Office of Tax and Revenue;
(2)The net proceeds from the fees charged for the issuance and renewal of Anacostia River Commemorative License Plates pursuant to § 8-102.07 ;
(3)Fees collected for the application for and display of Protect Local Wildlife license plates pursuant to § 50-1501.02l(b)(1) ; and
(4)The net proceeds from the voluntary tax check-off provided for in
