§ 7-733 — Health Occupations Regulation Fund.

(a)There is established as a special fund the Health Occupations Regulation Fund ("Fund"), which shall be administered by the Mayor in accordance with subsection (b-1) of this section.
(b)All licensing fees and civil fines relating to the practice of health occupations in the District of Columbia shall be deposited into the Fund; except, that the Basic Business License Fee collected by the Department of Licensing and Consumer Protection for the activities described in § 7-731 shall be deposited into the Basic Business License Fund established by § 47-2851.13 .
(b-1) Money in the Fund shall be used by the Mayor for the operation of the boards established pursuant to Chapter 12 of Title 3 , including all salaries and all other expenses necessary in carrying out the duties of the boards.
