Text

For the purposes of this chapter, the term:

(1)“Administrator” means the person who is responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of a long-term care facility, including, in the case of a community residence facility, the residence director.
(2)“Court” means the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.
(3)“Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs” means the District of Columbia Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs established pursuant to Reorganization Plan No. 1 of 1983. (3A) “Department of Health, Health Regulations and Licensing Administration” means the administrative office established in January 17, 2007 under the Department of Health.
