§ 5-903 — Preference in promotions.
District of Columbia·Title 5 Police, Firefighters, Medical Examiner, and Forensic Sciences.·Ch. 9 Awards for Meritorious Service.
When promotions are being made in the Departments, the holders of such medals shall be preferred to other members of said Departments, other things being equal.
