Law 26-73 provided that the amendments made to this section by section 2(a) of D.C. Law 26-73 shall expire on the applicability date of section 105 of D.C. Law 24-345 .* For purposes of this subchapter, the term:

(1)“Board” means the Police Complaints Board.
(2)“Complaint examiner” means the person designated by the Executive Director to determine the merits of a complaint. (2A) Not Funded. (2B) Not Funded. (2C) Not Funded.
