§ 5-1057 — Applicability.
District of Columbia·Title 5 Police, Firefighters, Medical Examiner, and Forensic Sciences.·Ch. 10A Police and Firefighters Disciplinary Action Procedures.·Subch. II Firefighter Retirement While Under Disciplinary Investigation.
This subchapter shall apply upon adoption of regulations by the Chief to implement the provisions of this chapter. The Chief shall adopt such regulations within 60 days after March 11, 2015.
