Text

(a)Not later than 30 days after the last day of each fiscal year which is a control year, the Authority shall submit a report to Congress describing:
(1)The progress made by the District government in meeting the objectives of this Act during the fiscal year;
(2)The assistance provided by the Authority to the District government in meeting the purposes of this Act for the fiscal year; and
(3)Any other activities of the Authority during the fiscal year.
(b)The Authority shall review each report prepared and submitted by the Mayor under § 1-204.61 , and shall submit a report to Congress analyzing the completeness and accuracy of such reports.
(c)At any time during a control year, the Authority may submit a report to Congress describing any action taken by the District govern
