Text

(a)For each fiscal year for which the District government is in a control period, the Mayor shall develop and submit to the Authority a financial plan and budget for the District of Columbia in accordance with this section.
(b)A financial plan and budget for the District of Columbia for a fiscal year shall specify the budgets for the District government under part D of title IV of the District of Columbia Home Rule Act [§§ 1-204.41 through 1-204.56e ] for the applicable fiscal year and the next 3 fiscal years (including the projected revenues and expenditures of each fund of the District government for such years), in accordance with the following requirements:
