Text
A housing provider shall have immunity from any claims related to actual or constructive knowledge of an applicant's pending criminal accusation or criminal conviction obtained as a result of an inquiry under this chapter ; provided, that the applicant became a tenant or occupant of the housing provider's housing accommodation.
