Text

(a)Within 120 days after the date this act applies [July 20, 2017], the Office of Human Rights shall develop a public education curriculum based on the requirements of this chapter .
(b)Within 45 days after the public education curriculum is developed under subsection (a) of this section, the Office of Human Rights shall begin training housing providers and residents, particularly those with criminal records.
(1)The Office of Human Rights shall develop model language for the following:
(A)Notices of eligibility criteria for applicants;
(B)Requests for information about a pending criminal accusation or criminal conviction; and
(C)Notices of withdrawals of conditional offers.
(2)The model language developed under paragraph (1) of this subsection shall be posted o
