Text
(a)No less than once a week, the Mayor shall transmit to the Office of Tax and Revenue a list of buildings:
(1)Registered or designated as vacant;
(2)Designated as blighted vacant; and
(3)For which the time period to issue a notice of final determination under § 42-3131.15 has expired or a notice of final determination has been issued under § 42-3131.15 and administrative appeals have been exhausted or expired.
(b)The list shall be in the form and medium prescribed by the Office of Tax and Revenue.
(c)Buildings shall remain on the list required by this section until a change in classification is approved.
(d)The Mayor and the Office of Tax and Revenue shall develop a procedure to reconcile any material differences between information retained by the Department of Buildin
