Text
(a)The owner of a vacant building shall register the building and pay registration fees within 90 days after it becomes a vacant building.
(b)Fees for registration and renewal shall be as follows:
(1)The initial registration fee shall be $350; and
(2)The renewal registration fee shall be $500.
(c)The Mayor may increase the fees set forth in subsection (b) of this section through rules issued pursuant to § 42-3131.21 .
