Text
(a)For purposes of this chapter , the term:
(1)"Department" means the Department of Housing and Community Development.
(2)"Funeral services establishment" shall have the same meaning as set forth in § 3-402(11) .
(3)"Heir" shall have the same meaning as set forth in § 20-101(c) .
(4)"Legatee" shall have the same meaning as set forth in § 20-101(g) .
(5)"Survivor of the deceased" means any individual with whom funeral services are being arranged.
