§ 42-1648 — Status of receiver as lien creditor.
(a)On appointment of a receiver, the receiver has the status of a lien creditor under:
(1)Article 9 of Subtitle I of Title 28 as to receivership property that is personal property or fixtures; and
(2)§ 42-401 , as to receivership property that is real property.
