Text
(a)Each eligible entity receiving funds under § 38-1853.04(a) during a year shall submit a report to the Secretary not later than July 30 of the following year regarding the activities carried out with the funds during the preceding year.
(1)In addition to the reports required under subsection (a), each eligible entity receiving funds under § 38-1853.04(a) shall, not later than September 1 of the year during which the second school year of the entity’s program is completed and each of the next 2 years thereafter, submit to the Secretary a report, including any pertinent data collected in the preceding 2 school years, concerning—
(A)the academic growth and achievement of students participating in the program;
(B)the high school graduation and college admission rates of stud
