Text

(a)The Office may enforce the provisions of this subchapter with respect to licensees and with respect to any individual or entity not holding a license and offering a game of skill machine in violation of the provisions of this subchapter or rules issued pursuant to this subchapter .
(b)Subject to subsection (c) of this section, the Office and the Metropolitan Police Department may issue citations for civil violations of this subchapter as set forth in rules issued pursuant to this subchapter .
(c)A citation for a violation for which the penalty includes the suspension or revocation of a license shall be issued by the Office as a result of an investigation carried out by the Office.
(d)The Office, ABCA, or Metropolitan Police Department may request and check the identification of a
