Text

(a)A licensee shall not permit a person under the age of 18 to use or play a game of skill machine.
(b)The Office may suspend or revoke a license and issue a fine, in accordance with § 36-641.15 , against a licensee that knowingly allows a person under the age of 18 to use or play a game of skill machine.
