Text
(a)All persons employed to be engaged in activities related to on-premises retail sports wagering shall be required to be licensed by the Office and, when employed, shall maintain a valid occupational license and be employed in the capacity reported to the Office.
(1)An applicant for an occupational license under this section shall submit an application, as required by the Office, and pay a nonrefundable fee of $100, which may be paid on behalf of the applicant by the prospective employer.
(2)A holder of an occupational license issued pursuant to this section shall pay a renewal fee of $100, which may be paid on behalf of the licensed employee by the employer, and submit a renewal application by September 30 of each year.
