District of Columbia Statutes
§ 35-331 — Definitions.
For the purposes of this chapter , the term:
(1)"Board" means the Railroad Advisory Board established by § 35-332 .
(2)"Federal railroad safety laws" shall have the same meaning as provided in § 8-151.01(5B) .
(3)"Railroad carrier" shall have the same meaning as provided in § 8-151.01(11C) .
