§ 35-241 — Definitions.
District of Columbia·Title 35 Railroads and Other Carriers.·Ch. 2 Street Railways and Bus Lines.·Subch. II-A Student, Foster Youth, Summer Youth Employee, and Adult Learner Transit Subsidies.
For the purposes of this subchapter , the term "public transit services operated by the District government" means the D.C. Circulator bus system and the District's streetcar system.
