§ 31-5417 — Applicability.
District of Columbia·Title 31 Insurance and Securities.·Ch. 54 Life and Health Insurance Guaranty Association.
This chapter shall apply to all matters relating to an impaired insurer or insolvent insurer for which the Association first becomes obligated on or after February 15, 2024.
