Text

(a)The District of Columbia government and its agencies, officials, employees, and agents and the United States government and its agencies, officials, employees, and agents shall be immune from suit for any claim arising from any good faith act of omission under this chapter.
(b)Notwithstanding subsection (a) of this section, the District of Columbia government may be held liable for the negligent disclosure of information to the public in violation of this chapter. A person subjected to such a violation may bring suit in the Court for injunctive or declaratory relief to abate a continuing violation, and for compensatory damages. The action under this subsection shall be the exclusive remedy under the law of the District of Columbia for the negligent disclosure of information in violat
