(1)"Chief of Police" means the Chief of the Metropolitan Police Department. (1A) "Curfew hours" means:
(A)From 11:00 p.m. every day until 6:00 a.m. on the following day;
(B)Extended curfew hours established by the Mayor pursuant to § 2-1542.01 ; and
(C)Extended curfew hours in extended juvenile curfew zones established by the Chief of Police pursuant to § 2-1542.02 .
(2)“Emergency” means an unforeseen combination of circumstances or the resulting state that calls for immediate action. The
