§ 19-308 — Share of father and mother.

District of Columbia·Title 19 Descent, Distribution, and Trusts. [Enacted title]·Ch. 3 Intestates’ Estates.
When the intestate leaves no child, or descendant, the whole is divided equally between the father and mother or their survivor.
