§ 19-2314 — Transitional provision.
District of Columbia·Title 19 Descent, Distribution, and Trusts. [Enacted title]·Ch. 23 Uniform Community Property Disposition at Death Code.
Except as provided in § 19-2313 , this chapter applies to a judicial proceeding with respect to property to which this chapter applies commenced on or after [March 7, 2025], regardless of the date of death of the decedent.
