§ 19-2116 — Office of trust director.
District of Columbia·Title 19 Descent, Distribution, and Trusts. [Enacted title]·Ch. 21 Uniform Directed Trust Code.
(a)Unless the terms of a trust provide otherwise, the rules applicable to a trustee apply to a trust director regarding the following matters:
(1)Acceptance under § 19-1307.01 ;
(2)Giving of bond to secure performance under § 19-1307.02 ;
(3)Reasonable compensation under § 19-1307.08 ;
(4)Resignation under § 19-1307.05 ;
(5)Removal under § 19-1307.06 ; and
(6)Vacancy and appointment of successor under § 19-1307.04 .
