§ 9-427 — Cancellation of delegate primary due to vacancies in party-endorsed candidacies; filling of vacancies when incomplete party-endorsed slate wins delegate primary.
Section 9-427 is repealed, effective January 1, 2004, and applicable to primaries and elections held on or after that date.
