Text

Nothing in the provisions of sections 9-368i to 9-368o, inclusive, shall be construed to affect the powers and duties of (1) the State Elections Enforcement Commission to attempt to secure voluntary compliance relating to any election, primary or referendum or pursue any other remedy authorized under sections 9-7a and 9-7b, or (2) the Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities, as provided in chapter 814c.
