Text

Any person who injects into the body of any deceased person, for the purpose of embalming the same, any fluid or substance containing arsenic in any form shall be fined not less than one hundred nor more than five hundred dollars. See Sec. 20-216 re cases where medical examiner's permission is required prior to embalming.
