Text

No person shall spread, distribute, sow, have in his possession or deliver to another, with malicious intent, any seeds of foul or noxious plants, or spread or distribute poisons upon the land or trees of another except for the purpose of spraying such trees. Any person who violates any of the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a class D felony.
