Text
The Commissioner of Administrative Services shall revise the specifications for products and materials purchased for construction projects administered by the department for which the United States Environmental Protection Agency has guidelines for minimum recycled content. Recycled products and materials shall be used in such projects where such products and materials are available and are within ten per cent of the cost of the virgin product or material and where use of the recycled product or material is consistent with public safety.
