(a)There is established a State-Wide Security Management Council. The council shall consist of the following members or their designees: The Commissioner of Emergency Services and Public Protection, the Commissioner of Administrative Services, the Commissioner of Mental Health and Addiction Services, the Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management, the Chief Court Administrator, the executive director of the Joint Committee on Legislative Management, a representative of the Governor, a representative of the State Employees Bargaining Agent Coalition, the president of the Connecticut State Police Union, the president of the Connecticut Police Chiefs Association and the president of the Uniformed Professional Fire Fighters Association.
