§ 45a-9 — (Formerly Sec. 45-13). Indexes.
A general index shall be kept in each probate court of the records of all estates which have been or are pending, in which shall be entered the name of each such estate and the date and character of each proceeding in the court. See Sec. 45a-754 re maintenance of Probate Court records concerning guardianship, parent-child relationships and adoption in locked files.
