An interest that exists on October 1, 1981, as to which, if a present interest, the time for delivering a disclaimer under subsections (3) and (35) of section 45a-234, subsections (4) and (19) of section 45a-235, and sections 45a-578 to 45a-584, inclusive, has not expired or, if a future interest, the interest has not become indefeasibly vested or the taker finally ascertained, may be disclaimed within nine months after October 1, 1981.
