§ 45a-500 — Uniformity of application and construction of trust.

In applying and construing the uniform provisions of sections 45a-499a to 45a-500a, inclusive, consideration shall be given to the need to promote uniformity of the law with respect to the subject matter among states that enact the uniform provisions.
