(a)If any marital deduction would not be allowed by reason of Section 2056(d)(1) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 with respect to any interest in property passing under any will, trust agreement or other governing instrument because such interest fails to comply with the requirements of Sections 2056(d)(2)(A) and 2056A(a) of said code, the Superior Court, or a Probate Court specified in section 45a-499p, shall have jurisdiction over any action brought to reform such will, trust agreement or other governing instrument to comply with those requirements so as to allow a marital deduction under Section 2056(a) of said code.
