§ 45a-465 — (Formerly Sec. 45-298h). Creditor's rights.

Connecticut·Title 45a Probate Courts and Procedure·Ch. 802b Decedents' Estates

Sections 45a-458 to 45a-466, inclusive, shall not (1) affect rights of creditors with respect to property to which said sections apply;

(2)prevent married persons from severing or altering their interests in property to which said sections apply; or (3) authorize a person to dispose of property by will if it is held under limitations imposed by law preventing testamentary disposition by that person.
