Conn. Gen. Stat. § 45a-465 (2026).
Text
Sections 45a-458 to 45a-466, inclusive, shall not (1) affect rights of creditors with respect to property to which said sections apply;
(2)prevent married persons from severing or altering their interests in property to which said sections apply; or (3) authorize a person to dispose of property by will if it is held under limitations imposed by law preventing testamentary disposition by that person.
