Text

(a)Any person who is interested in any estate, trust or other matter pending in any court of probate, or who is interested in any application that may be made to any court of probate for the probating of a will or the granting of administration, may, in person or by attorney, file with the court a written request for special notice to be given to him or his attorney of any application to the court and of any order passed by the court of probate in such estate, trust or other matter. The request shall state the estate, trust or other matter, cause or proceeding of which notice is desired and the post-office address of the person desiring the notice. Thereupon the court of probate shall give notice to such person or his attorney of any hearing in such estate, trust or other matter at least
