Connecticut·Title 38a Insurance·Ch. 704c Insurers Rehabilitation and Liquidation Act and Termination of Domestic Life Insurance Companies
(a)For the purposes of this section the persons entitled to protection under this section shall be:
(1)All receivers responsible for the conduct of a delinquency proceeding under sections 38a-903 to 38a-961 , inclusive, including present and former receivers; and (2) The employees of any receiver responsible for the conduct of a delinquency proceeding, including all present and former special deputies and assistant special deputies appointed by the commissioner and all persons whom the commissioner, special deputies or assistant special deputies have employed to assist in a delinquency proceeding under sections 38a-903 to 38a-961 , inclusive.
