No group health insurance policy delivered, issued for delivery or renewed in this state on or after October 1, 1988, may exclude coverage for services provided by the Healthcare Center in Rocky Hill maintained by the Department of Veterans Affairs. See Sec. 38a-502 for similar provisions re individual policies.
