§ 38a-192 — (Formerly Sec. 33-179u). Regulations by Insurance Commissioner.
The commissioner may adopt such regulations, in accordance with the provisions of chapter 54, as shall be necessary to carry out the provisions of sections 38a-175 to 38a-194, inclusive.
